SHIPPING & RETURN

RETURN POLICY

We stand by our products 100%. If you change your mind about an item we offer a very simple, no quibble returns policy. Just contact us (ganger@bikegang.co.uk or click the [Contact Us] Facebook Message tab at bottom right of this page) within 14 days of item received with your order number to arrange your return.

We will cover the return postage and full refund if it is a Quality or shipping damage issues via original payment method (Paypal or credit card). Please keep the items in original new condition as best as you can, and carefully packed.

We will accept purchases made directly from BIKEgang (webshop or other sales channels). If your item has been purchased from other retailers, please contact them first. We are willing to help as a last resort to the products we distribute.

Shipping & Delivery

We guarantee delivery. Please choose the appropriate delivery method during checkout according to the package size and intended speed of delivery.

Standard delivery methods are via Registered Airmail Parcel (Taiwan). Normally shipping time is about 2 weeks. Only trackable in some countries. But will have a registered number for shipping guarantee.

Should you require express and tractable service, please choose EMS service (Postal System). EMS package usually arrives in 4~7 days and fully trackable. We can also arrange TNT, DHL or FEDEX service upon request, please contact us for quote.

For EMS tracking, please select your country to open tracking webpage of your local postal service, use the same tracking number provided. But please be aware, international item may be subject to customs processing and additional charges which is beyond our control.
